How Window Wraps Are Made

You have probably seen vehicles with their windows completely covered with pictures and lettering. This is done with images printed on perforated vinyl. There are two categories of perforated vinyl: one for vehicles and one for all other applications. The perforations are larger for vehicles so the driver can still see through the window from the inside.

The process begins when you contact us. We will ask you questions about what you are trying to accomplish. A common answer is you want to catch people's attention, give them an idea of what you do, gain name recognition and invite them to contact you. We will ask about any existing artwork and logos you have. We will ask about your ideas for the design. If you don't have any, we will help you create them. If you do have ideas, we will share our thoughts on how to possibly improve them. We will provide proofs for your review and make changes per your request.

	At this point, the design has been captured on our graphics computers and printed onto the perforated vinyl with our latest generation high end digital printers. Chrissy, our Production Manager, is demonstrating how to line up the first piece and apply it to the window.
Great care is taken from the first to the final piece. You can approve the proof one day and have it installed the next day in most cases.
